Virtual Craft Fairs Selling the Best of Handmade

I'm on a mission to help as many handmade business owners as possible to turn their hobbies into a profitable business. 
As part of that mission I'm running virtual craft fairs to help promote the work of as many crafters as possible.

Virtual Christmas Craft Fair 21st & 22nd November

Are you missing doing real life craft fairs this year? I know that I am!  So I've decided to run my own virtual Christmas craft fair selling the best of handmade! 

I'm looking for  handmade business owners who want to take part in a virtual craft fair taking place on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd of November. I'm looking for a variety of different types of stall holders so there is a lovely selection of handmade for shoppers for see.  

I'm looking for stall holders that want to be part of a team promoting the fair and supporting each other and are happy to promote the fair before and during the event. 

I want to support you as much as possible to make this fair a success for your business which is why I will be giving you access to videos on how to improve your photos as well as a video on how to create images with text in canva so you can promote your products professionally for the fair. 

You will receive full instructions on what you need to do take part in the fair including images to promote the fair. I will also set up Instagram groups so you can ask questions or need support. 

Virtual Craft Fair Information and Terms and Conditions

  •  A virtual stall costs £10

  • Each stall holder can have up to 10 photos to promote your products and business. This will be be on a carousel image on The Handmade Craft Fair Page.

  • You will get access to videos to support you for the fair on how to improve your photos and how to create images with text in canva. These will be available by 8th of November. 

  • Support will be given by Instagram groups and email. 

  • Photos will need to include prices and must be submitted by Sunday 15th of November.  

  • I would like you to make one new product/design exclusive to the event if possible.

  • Items need to be in stock and ready to post. 

  • Stall holders can take payment via their website, Etsy or other selling platforms. Paypal invoices can be sent but please do not ask for buyers to send payment via family and friends as this is not professional and doesn't give them buyer protection.

  • Your products will need to comply with all safety regulations such as CE testing for toys, food hygiene for food products and body products etc. 

  • You will need to comply with all business legalities for your country such as taxes etc. 

  • Please make sure all your products comply with copyright so no disney, star wars etc. 

  • Payment for the virtual craft fair will be via Paypal invoice which will be sent after your application is approved. Payment will be required within 7 days of the date of the invoice to secure your place.

My next virtual craft will be held on January 23rd and 24th and will have a theme of January Sales and Valentines makes.
